The land is Zoned Tourism, with the Company’s team of Consultants it has just lodged with the McKenzie District Council. An application for a resource Consent has been lodged.

A modern and contemporary hotel room design, that has both a natural - spa and relaxing boutique feeling. The design combines the natural materials of wood, stone, silk and wool to create a comfortable and relaxing environment, that is in harmony with it’s surroundings. The soft furnishings in-corporate linen drapes and wool throws adding to the natural feel. The design uses a vibrant tone of turquoise blue, in harmony with the natural beauty of the surrounding environment.
The interior design concept for Tekapo Sky Hotel front of house is inspired by the lake and its surroundings at sunrise and sunset. And also the colour of the sky changing throughout the day reflects its gradient onto the lake. The overall feel for front of house is an Alpine theme with a twist of quirkiness on materiality but still provide a luxurious feel by using quality furniture and fittings.
