Each module comes completely fitted out and prepared to be connected quickly by a qualified licensed subcontractor to main core services as internal services are completed prior to delivery with all engineering, such as electrical, mechanical and structural. Our Projects

Each project is a standalone development up until completion and operating as a premium Hotel, this allows us to invite equity participants and excellent returns in the one development, whilst knowing New Zealand as a whole is going to benefit. Units in the development will be serviced apartments managed by the hotel operator and or disposed of as premium units for residence purposes.

Our current projects underway consist of a 4 & 5 Star hotel & resort in Lake Tekapo. All projects have resource consents (development approvals) and completed concept designs.

Future Projects

Designs & Feasability studies have already been completed for a 4 & 5 Star hotel in kaikoura aswell as Franz Josef, Greymouth, Westport & Blenhiem.
